Sushi and Saké
tags: Japanese food Visited a sushi restaurant with a friend yesterday, my first time at such a place. It was quite interesting. I tried a menu containing what you can see below.
I had a bowl of miso soup with fish at the side. Tasted like ordinary fish soup to me. But I gotta say, it was an interesting experience eating soup with sticks, that I haven't tried before.
It was the first time I tried saké too. We went for a warm one, can't remember the name of the saké though. It tasted a bit like white wine (surprise! it's is rice wine!), and yet rather different.
But one thing is certain, it is definitely not the last time I'm going to a sushi restaurant!
