I spoke to the International Office at ITU today. One of my big dreams is to go to Japan and study there for a semester. Since ITU doesn't have any agreements with any Japanese universities, it's going to take a lot of work to get there. Still, I hope that it will work out if I get all the details and papers that is required.
Another thing, I took a barseminar at ITU today. I've joined the tending crew since I thought it would be fun. Everybody is a volunteer, the only thing you get is free beer when you're at work and a small discount when you're not. But here's the cool thing. As I took the seminar I found out that we have a Japanese Beer at the bar! Yay!

I haven't tried the Sapporo beer yet, actually I've never tasted any Japanese beer before so even though it may sound silly, I'm really looking forward to tasting it on my first shift this Friday!

Ham der du ved nok
Appearance: Pale yellow with a quick head that leaves some consistent lace on the glass.
Smell: Mostly clean, some grain, faint hops, faint malt.
Taste: Crisp light citrus with a hit of creaminess, a hit of sweetness with a dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, clean, and refreshing. Light bodied and mild carbonation.
Drinkability: Pretty good for quenching the thirst, light and inoffensive tastewise.
